October (Holiday Week)

A short week which included school pictures!


What is Science? 
Each student shared what they thought science was before we read the above book.
We then discovered science is finding out about things around us.

We have read several books about apples including: The Season's of Arnold's Apple Tree and Apples A-Z.

We read and enjoyed this book and learned a lot about scientists!
The children also liked viewing a powerpoint which introduced them to several kinds of scientist.
